Lunch: Homemade chicken soup.
Dinner: Rib eye, potato, butter, salad.
After dinner: Corn flakes.
Ate too much today. My belly was uncomfortably full after dinner. Maybe steak is too much for my system. Actually looking forward to fasting???!!!!
Took left over chicken stock and froze in tupperware containers. Tomorrow I will take out the frozen stock and put into and foodsaver bag and "foodsave it". That way, whenever I have some leftover chicken, I can thaw a little stock and make fresh homemade soup. Foodsaving makes stuff last much longer in the freezer. No freezer burn.
