So far so good. Getting used to this fasting stuff. Yesterday I ATE huge quantities of food. I may be the only person to ever GAIN weigh on ADF. Not really but it sure felt like it yesterday.
Food smelled good today but it is possible to dissociate hunger from the need to eat. Water helps.
One thing that concerns me is what if a fasting day falls on a day that I must eat for social reasons. One remedy would be to plan ahead and switch fasting and eating days by fasting two days in a row. May have to do it at some point.
UPDATE: Was irritable in the late eve. However, not sure that food would have been the cure.
